The Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) applies and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). ## 1. When you visit, the server automatically stores technical information: IP address, date and time, the page requested, browser and operating system, and the page you came from. Fonts The fonts are stored on my own server. No connection to Google or other font providers is made when the page loads. ## 4. Images All photos are stored on my own web server. No data is transferred to third-party image services when the images are displayed. ## 5. Kenia-Check and emails When you request the free Kenia-Check, I store your email address, the time of sign-up and your consent. I send you the Kenia-Check because you requested it (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). You can download the Kenia-Check directly after submitting the form. By ticking the box in the form, you consent to my sending you occasional tips about Kenya and information about my products by email afterwards (consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw this consent at any time. Your sign-up is stored on my web server at Hostinger. For later emails I use Hostinger Reach, Hostinger’s email tool. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email or by sending me a message. I will then delete your address from the list. ## 6. Contact by email If you write to me, I only use your details to answer your message. I delete them when they are no longer needed for this purpose and there is no obligation to retain them. ## 7. Purchases via Digistore24 Ordering, payment and delivery of my products are handled by Digistore24 (Digistore24 GmbH, Germany). Digistore24 is your contractual partner for the purchase. When you click a buy button, you are taken to the Digistore24 order form. Their terms and privacy policy apply there: [Digistore24 privacy policy](https://www.digistore24.com/page/privacy). After your purchase, Digistore24 sends me your email address, first name, country, order number and the product purchased. I store this information on my web server at Hostinger and in Hostinger Reach. I use it to send you a thank-you email with notes on your product and my affiliate programme, and to send you occasional information about similar Kenya products (legitimate interest in marketing to existing customers, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). You can object to this at any time: via the unsubscribe link in every email or by sending a message to [info@saimenkenia.com](mailto:info@saimenkenia.com). This will not cost you anything beyond the usual transmission costs. ## 8. Google Analytics (only with your consent) If you give your consent in the cookie notice, I use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited, Ireland). This lets me see which pages are visited and which buttons are clicked, for example “Buy” or “Get the Kenia-Check”. Google Analytics sets cookies for this purpose. Your IP address is shortened. Data may also be transferred to Google LLC in the USA. Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Without your consent, Google Analytics is not loaded. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time via “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page. Choices stored in your browser I store your decision in the cookie notice in your browser (local storage) so that the notice does not appear on every visit. This information does not leave your device. If you select “Deutsch” or “English” at the top, I store this choice for one year in a cookie (sk\_lang). Your browser sends it to my server with every page request so that you see the pages in your language. I do not analyse this information. Without this choice, no such cookie is set (legitimate interest in a working language selection, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). ## 10. Your rights You can request information about your data and have it corrected, deleted or restricted. You can object to processing, receive your data in a common format and withdraw consent at any time. To do so, write to [info@saimenkenia.com](mailto:info@saimenkenia.com). You can also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Switzerland this is the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC); in the EU it is the authority in your country. ## 11.
